The procedure of getting EDS

Having received the registration card, an executive of the Certification Authority, accredited by AETP, contacts the organization during a working day to bill for EDS and finalize a contract.

For making key certificate of EDS Customer provides Certification Authority:

For legal entities:

  • original or notarized copy of the extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities received no later than one month before;
  • application to the Certification Authority to the template of the certificate of public EDS key;
  • passport and copy of the passport of the person who will get the signature key certificate (pages with photo and registration);
  • if the head of the organization receives EDS: a notarized document on the appointment of the head;
  • if an authorized representative of the head of the enterprise receives EDS: a notarized power of attorney confirming the authorities of the signature key certificate. Power of attorney to the authorized representative of the entity to receive the signature key certificate (if the signature key certificate is receiveв not by the certificate owner, but his / her authorized representative);
  • passport and a copy of the passport of the person who has arrived for getting EDS (pages with photo and registration).

For sole traders:

  • original or notarized copy of the extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities received no later than one month before;
  • application to the Certification Authority to the template of the certificate of public EDS key;
  • passport and copy of the passport of the sole trader (pages with photo and registration).

For individuals:

  • copy of identity document of an individual (pages with photo and registration);
  • notarized copy of the certificate of tax registration according to the residence in the territory of the Russian Federation;
  • application to the Certification Authority to the template of the certificate of public EDS key.
