Adoption of EDS

«Association of Electronic Trade Platforms» (AETP), companies «Crypto-Pro» and «Digital Technologies» propose Electronic trading platforms of the Russian Federation a solution for relevant in law management of documents circulation in the system of electronic bidding and services of EDS issue through a network of the accredited Certification Authorities. Relevance in law is provided by integration of complex «CryptoTri» into the existing system.

Stages of integration:

1. Integration is carried out with the use of «CryptoARM SDK» (a component of «CryptoTri» basic set) — a library of cryptographic functions (it is generated according to the standards of Microsoft’s component model).

2. An organization, providing cryptographic information protection facilities, must have Federal Security Service licenses.

Digital Technologies Ltd has licenses of several activity lines, including designing and production of data systems, protected with certified cryptographic facilities; telecommunication systems and complexes, not connected with processing of state secret information; maintenance and distribution of certified cryptographic facilities. Digital Technologies offers following facilities in this field:

working out of logistical project documentation (including procedural documents);
EDS incorporation into electronic trading platforms;
consulting;
supply of software forming a solution for ETP;
technical support of the project.

Components

Components used on client’s workbench and necessary for management of relevant in law documents circulation in the system of ETP:

MS Internet Explorer — used as a web-interface for data access.
ЭЦП Framework — the component provides an opportunity for active interact with the client through MS Internet Explorer (via web-based site) for EDS creation, its view and verification; encryption and decryption of documents and forms. It works with the use of COM-interfaces, supplied by «CryptoARM SDK».

«CryptoARM SDK» (a component of «CryptoARM Standard») provides COM-interfaces for:

encryption and EDS creation;
online-check up of certificates’ status (OCSP-responses of the OCSP-service);
interaction with Time Stamping Authority;
interaction with Certification Authority for initial certification and subsequent certificate’s life-cycle management;
support of the new EDS format — CAdES (an improved signature with extended authenticity proofs).

Performing the listed operations, «CryptoARM SDK» uses certified cryptographic information protection facilities. Certified cryptographic information protection facilities — means of cryptographic data protection in the process of data exchange. They are used for authorization and confirming of documents authenticity in cases when the electronic digital signature is applied; they provide confidentiality and documents integrity with the use of data enciphering and prevention of false data entry, etc. The supplier of the certificated cryptographic algorithms — cryptoprovider CryptoPro CSP (company «Crypto-Pro»). Certified removable medium is the carrier of private keys implemented as a USB-stick and intended for container storage of private keys protected by a PIN code. Tokens that are supported — certified tokens produced by ruToken and eToken.
